The Senior Manager, Implementation is critical to making this happen and key responsibilities of the role will include the following:
Lead a team of Implementation Managers who undertake customer transition management and implementation projects in support of Transaction Banking key performance targets
Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to manage critical customer relationships and ensure the wider team owns end-to-end implementation processes to support all stages of delivery
Provide timely resolution of customer issues and enquiries during implementation and act as an escalation point for the broader team
Develop, present and pitch digital solutions to customers, along with Sales, to win new mandates for the Institutional business
Oversee project allocation for the team, ensuring capacity and capability of the team are best utilised and well managed

Knowledge of Transaction Banking Products and a strong technical background – an understanding of ANZ’s web, host to host and SWIFT platforms and payment systems
Consulting skills, stakeholder management and influencing skills for both internal and external.
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in an accurate & timely manner with ability to reprioritise work to meet changing demands
Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
Highly developed communication skills both oral & written
