About the role:
We have an exciting new opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented Administration Assistant. Reporting to the National Operations Manager, you will not only be the backbone of the team, but you will be in charge of everything that happens in the office. You will be working an 80-hour fortnight.
Key responsibilities:
- Various administration duties
- Executive assistance
- General reception duties
- Other duties as required
The successful candidate will have:
- The right to work in New Zealand – No visa sponsorship available
- A passion for people, administration and customer service
- A can-do attitude, the ability to multitask, as well as proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in administration as well as a tertiary administration qualification (preferred)
