Qualifications
- Discuss and reach consensus with the test manager on recruitment of errors in KPM (specifications and rules for project), coordination with component suppliers for error exchange;
- Organization and implementation of meetings to answer open questions about the Workflow and KPM for the brands involved;
- Standardization of statistics in error management, use of business objects in the group. Setting up an error reporting;
- Creation of error overviews according to project requirements (e.g., ticket lists for discussions, error curves, error distribution...)
- Creation and tracking of prediction curves;
- Preparation/moderation of error rounds, back documentation/follow-up;
- Error ticket telco with the suppliers as Q-Gate and coordination;
- Organization and implementation of the TCB Ticket Control Board (preparation, follow-up);
- Monitoring/coordination of error coordination in E/E test management;
- Checking the tickets for formal correctness, e.g., if a function has been selected, the data is released for suppliers;
- Creation of additional reports for management rounds;
- Tracking all project relevant KPM tickets, assure that the waiting times of the tickets are adhered to in accordance with the project specifications
- Organization, participation and follow-up of cross-component, project internal and cross-EE error rounds;
- Escalation management.
Job Responsibilities
- Process description and definition of the error elimination process in coordination with the parties involved;
- Coordination of the error correction process, feature tracking, etc;
- Coordination with the error managers of all brands and modules to discuss the further procedure for tool optimization and workflow;
- Support of suppliers in the Jira/Confluence process, KPM applications, etc;
- Support of the supplier in the configuration and connection of the KPM interface.
