Our client is an international leader in the HVAC sector, currently wishing to develop his team and looking for a RLC Area Sales Manager for Transilvania & Banat area.
RLC Area Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the profitable growth of the RLC product range
- Sales to existing and new dealers and distributors
- Technical support for RLC products
In relationship with dealers & distributors, the RLC Area Sales Manager:
- Quotations for RLC: equipment selection.
- Customer support, quotations, managing orders, competition’s analysis.
- Customer visits: communicating programs, updating pricing and products, marketing activities, commercial policy, credit limits, stock, warranty.
- Attracts new sales channels, monitor competition: market research, presentations.
- Offers technical training to customers
- Travels throughout the country as needed (around 50% of the time)
Your profile:
- Graduated in business administration or related field from a university / technical institute or Engineering diploma from a Technical University.
- 3 years of experience in RLC product sales through different channels (dealers, distributors, retailers, online stores).
- Good Romanian and English knowledge spoken and written.
- Good PC skills: MS office.
- Aptitude to travel within Romania and abroad (~50% of time).
- Results oriented attitude - achieving budgeted results by showing perseverance and dedication.
- Ability to effectively manage time and meet deadlines, exceeding goals successfully by pushing self and others for results.
- Dedicated to meeting expectations and requirements of internal and external customers. Uses customers’ information for improvement of products and services.
- Business acumen: knows how the business works. Ability to capture and notify in advance of any circumstances that may impact targets achievement.
- Communication and presentation skills: expresses ideas effectively to establish oneself as a credible and impactful sales professional.
- Teamwork: keeps people informed about issues that affect them, acts as a resource to others. Is willing to reach out and partner with others to get things done.
