TikTok's European Business Marketing team is seeking a marketing professional to support with executing the Isreal marketing strategy, through brand marketing, events, client engagement and partnerships. Reporting to the B2B Marketing Lead DACH + Israel, the successful candidate will be excited to join a team that will grow client awareness and affinity in TikTok for Business, whilst driving new business and strengthening existing relationships in Israel. They will be a strategic, smart, creative, and a data-driven marketer. Someone who is high-performing and thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys creating and scaling within integrated marketing channels.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience of success in supporting and leading in marketing projects, with hands-on experience organising events and working with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver projects on time and on budget. You should be comfortable with a broad range of responsibilities, developing and executing campaigns end-to-end including identifying target segments, developing content, establishing tracking mechanisms, and reporting and iterating on results.

Key Responsibilities
- Working with the Israel sales team to deliver roadmap of marketing activity across all channels: events and client engagement, marketing communications and industry partnerships
- Deliver marketing activity across the Israel commercial market
- Project manages and executes strategic events for the Israel markets, working closely with sales, Marketing Solutions, EU events and Comms teams to execute ROI positive activations that impact the industry and engage clients
- Execute local advertising campaigns in partnership with the marketing communications team, driving new business and brand awareness
- Measure the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and adjust strategy and tactics accordingly
- Partner closely with sales on business strategy and revenue impact from marketing
- Demonstrated experience working in a B2B marketing team for a publisher, brand or start-up;
- Experience in leading projects individually
- Strong bi-lingual communication skills in English and Hebrew
- Strong examples of B2B marketing experience
- Good knowledge of the social and media landscapes - knowledge of and experience in the Israel media industry
- Self-starter, a fast learner who is detail-oriented and has critical thinking;
- Great communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team across different departments.
