Assistant Tax Manager [Thailand]


 

Our client is a leading global consumer Internet company.

They are seeking an experienced Assistant Tax Manager to join their dynamic team.

Job Descriptions

  • Understanding all tax filing/transactions such as CIT, VAT, WHT, SBT, etc. for compliance and correctness.
  • Understanding the process of the e-Tax invoice, e-Receipt, e-Withholding tax, tax health checks, tax certificate, and concern about tax invoices from our vendors.
  • Understanding and supporting to manage all tax issues/audits/litigation process.
  • Collaborating with Tax Manager for Annual and Half-Year, cooperative income tax, and assisting with other tax processes.
  • Working with the finance team about tax technical skills and monitoring tax compliance and providing consultation/advice to all other functions.
  • Providing solid negotiations skill in research and analyzing all data documents.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Tax-related.
  • A Master’s Degree in Business Administration/Law/Accounting or Finance is a plus.
  • 4-year working experience in tax consultancy or accounting in the VAT field.
  • Understanding of Tax, VAT, WHT, CIT, and accounting processes.
  • Solid understanding skills in Microsoft especially Microsoft Excel, etc.
  • Good communication skills in written and spoken English.
  • Solid negotiation and interpersonal skills to manage tax tasks and be able to work efficiently under pressure.
