Concierge Shiftleader
- Manage overall guest services including greeting guests, providing the hotel info and local vicinity info and maintaining the appearance of lobby quality.
- Lead the team during the absence of supervisor.
- Respond to guest complaints, conduct research to develop such as price conflicts, insufficient information flow etc.
- Lead and motivate team members demonstrating by examples.
- Actively take part in training the team, facilitating formal training sessions and on the job training to ensure that all team members are in the same standard.
- Contribute to the hotel and team by sharing new ideas and suggestions for improvements, being innovative and creative to provide quality service and customer care to team members and guests.
- Responsible for the smooth induction and facilitation of training for new team members, ensuring that they are trained to the standard level of service and that they can competently complete their job and that they know what is expected from them.

What we are seeking for.
- Ability to read, write, listen or speak English and Japanese clearly.
- Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system.
- Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect and analyze accurate information and resolve conflicts.
- Interpersonal skills to provide overall guest satisfaction.
- Learning and visual ability to observe and detect signs of emergency situations.
- 3-year of related working experience preferred.
- Have knowledge of local vicinity or willing to acquire it.
- Willing to lead the team and develop the team members as professional concierge.
